Is anyone tracking other things besides weight loss? For example on my exercise log notes I have this so I can track how I am doing each day:
Rate 1-10 1 being bad and 10 being awesome.
Mood:
Sleep quality:
Muscle soreness:
Energy level:
If anyone has or is done something like this what other things are being logged?

I use the food journal notes occasionally to jot down the "in 5 weeks you'll weigh"... I have measurements logged, and if I have a particularly off day IE getting ill at work (twice has happened to me this year) it's logged so I can see at a glance "why" if loss is slower/faster around an unusual occurrence. Besides that... not really for me, I do my journaling elsewhere... what... paper's still allowed.... gives me something to do when the power's out... which is rare0
