Hi
Just a quick question - aside from the 'eating back exercise calories' debate, I'm just a bit confused as to what the 'net' calories mean on the My Home tab...

Total Calories eaten - minus exercise calories = Net0

Does that mean you eat them or not? I'm confused!0

You should eat your calorie goal and then if you wish to use some of your exercise calories for food it's allowed0

The general consensus here is that you should not go under 1200 Net Calories......and that is the guideline I try to use.....
So if MFP gives you 1400 Calories, and you eat that 1400 calories and you exercise and burn 300 calories your net will be 1100...... in that case you should eat at least another 100 calories to get back to a Net of 1200.....
There are many other threads on whether you should eat ALL your exercise calories - if you don't have much weight to lose yes - you should most probably eat most of them back....
The one thing I would say is that if you don't have a HRM, and you are not confident with how many calories you burned I would err on the side of caution...0
