Today I am officially down 80 pounds and I can't believe it. It seriously does not feel real.
I have been overweight my whole life. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and pcos with insulin resistance. Once that was found and Meds prescribed I was finally able to lose weight.
Low carb diet, exercise, and lots of persistence. 80 down 45 to go!!!
SW: 245
CW: 165
GW: 120 ish
Height: 5'5
Never give up you can do this!!!!
Edit: oh yeah and I have collar bones now! And many others! Whoa! Who knew?
