Serves 2
1 thigh chicken fillet or small chicken breast
1/2 can lentils
1 cup carrots
1 cup green beans
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1/2 tbsp garlic
Serve w/ 2/3 cup rice

Tastes fantastic i just had it, the lentils suck in the soy sauce flavour its to die for!

Sounds lovely - just one thing - that 2 tbsps soy sauce will have about 1800mg of sodium - close to the recomended daily allowance, so to make it "healthy" I would use low sodium soy sauce, and most probably halve the amount I use....

395 but thats with 1/3 cup rice, you can reduce it to 1/4 cup if you like.
