I'm 52 from US-Colorado and I need to lose at least 90-100 pounds I'm here to get ideas and get motivated just signed up on MFP today

    Hello Cathy. I lived in CO three times...love the state. I just got at app a week ago myself...trying to lose a stone as I put on a bit of weight being ill.

    Hi there and welcome to MFP both of you! I'm 52 also, in WA state and looking to keep on losing. I restarted this year 1/1 with the goal to lose around 30 lbs, I'm down 13 so far. poke around the site, figure out what your daily recommended calories are and start logging!
