Hey everyone! I just started using the app a week ago. I've been reading posts and I see people have used the app in the past and then stopped. Now they are restarting. I want to say congratulations on starting again. Quick question... for people who stopped in the past, was it because of the app? I want to stay motivated to use everyday and just want to see what others have to say. I wish you all luck on your journey. I would enjoy motivating and watching you achieve your goals!     stopped and restarted many times as well...totally not because of the app, all about me. get bored, busy, something...

    I fully understand getting busy as a reason. I'm afraid of the getting bored aspect. At work I make it a point to walk around a lot (I'm in sales so it's pretty easy to keep on my feet).
