Hey everyone, I've been using this chart for about a year now and love it, thought it might come in handy for some of you. It makes calculations based on the numbers you input, but overall it's just a convenient tool for measuring inches loss.
Here's the link for women: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC010219651033.aspx?pid=CT101443491033
And for men: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC010219661033.aspx?pid=CT101443491033
There are also metric versions on the microsoft website for those of you not in the US
