Hello,
I am fairly new to actually watching what I eat while making an effort to get out and exercise. I could definitely use some friends to help keep me motivated and stay on track. Right now I have a lot of time on my hands as I just graduated and am looking for work, so I know it's a crucial time to work on creating good eating/exercise habits. Another thing is I am also going through a recent break-up, so I could definitely use some support. Thanks for reading! :happy:

Hey there pal! We have pretty much the same starting weight and goal weight! I could also use the support, since my motivation can tend to waiver a good bit! I hope to be as much help to you as I can be! :happy:0
