Exercise advice

I'm 190lbs female 5foot 5 looking to lose about 50lbs. I walk regularly and have just started C25k. I'm looking for some other type of exercise to do on my none running days to help flatten the tummy. Any suggestions (can't swim or cycle)?

    You can't spot reduce, but I'd recommend any progressive lifting program.

    Lifting is good. I've been so much happier with the way I look and feel since I started.

    I don't know if anything beats running, but I am biased! Ellipticals are awesome though, biking too. Keep it going!
