GOAL: Build Muscle and Lose Fat

Hello, MFP! My name is Amanda. I'm a 22 year old, 5'1", 25% body fat, and 123 lbs. I just started the Jamie Eason Live Fit 12 week Trainer, and my goal is to maintain and build muscle, bmwhule losing fat and lowering my Body Fat % to 20 to see some definition. If you have similar goals, please add me! I'd love more friends in this community who can help motivate each other!

    Hi Amanda,

    I have same goal I want to lose fat and gain muscle mass. My goal is to reach 10% body fat or less. I did achieve this few months ago, but didn't like the result as I lost too much muscle and mass. So doing it again my goal is to add few Kilos and lose fat. Currently I'm 58Kg with 12.5% body fat %.
