Hey all, does anyone else have this issue? I feel like immediately after I press the "complete this entry" button, I start snacking like a crazy person!? I know it's all the psychology of it but I just wanted to know if I'm the only one who does this :( I'll be under my calorie goal and then right when I press it, I start eating every little thing in my kitchen and go WAY over. Really disappointing. Should I try brushing my teeth RIGHT after I press it? I'm trying to start respecting my goals instead of trying to rebel against them like I always have. Thanks everyone!!

I never push that button untill I an walking up the stairs to get ready and go to bed. I get what you are saying - our mind trys to trick our body into things like that. I do snack at night on occasion - but once I hit the button - thats it - drinking water only after that. I have to set rules like that for myself and stick to them. I also try not to have too many snack options around, so they dont "call" to me.

You can do it - fight the callings. :)

I always add a couple of things on to my diary before completing .... like a cup of tea and a piece of fruit or yogurt ..... that i can eat later in the evening - if you pre-plan a snack it might make it easier!

It is such a mental thing!!!! I push it, and it's like "well, no one will see that I ate this"..lol...I agree with PP...got to set limits and rules...once it's pushed, you are done..brush your teeth..whatever you have to do...but if you do eat after that, go enter it in..to be true to yourself :)

It allows you to add things after you've done your total y'know.... I've done the same things many times myself... now I go back, add them on and complete the entry again - the only thing is it doesn't post a second time to facebook so if I've gone over on the second time I don't get told off by my diet buddies, lol!

Brushing your teeth sounds right after sounds like a good idea to me. Sometimes this deters me from eating something extra :)

You could always press it the next morning.
