So far, so good. Lot of it is water weight, but I'm definitely sticking to the program - which is similar to the Whole30 program. I did that program a few time and while it works, it's difficult to maintain compliance. So, we've developed a Whole30 lite program which is doable with our busy lifestyle (kids, work, sports, dogs, etc.).0 -
