Hey everyone! I've become vegan as of this week and so far I've done well and really enjoyed everything, but I work as a flight attendant and I'm unsure on what meals I could take to work with me without always taking the same thing. Food is provided onboard, however none of it vegan except maybe bread! Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

You might benefit from just searching for vegan recipes on google. Also consider Reddit. I use it for most recipe ideas and generally you will find the comments under the recipe just as helpful as the recipe.

I make taco bean soups! Bean burritos. Bean salads. Beans! Beans! Beans! Lol. I'm sure your coworkers will appreciate it. :p

Smoothies in mason jars, rice with a saucy bean mix. diced sweet potato and other diced veggies of choice with quinoa/couscous. Spaghetti with mushroom Bolognaise.. the list goes on! Take a look at Caitlyn Shoemaker on youtube, she has tons of healthy and delicious recipes!:)

Hi Hannahmaguire311. I just discovered this awesome recipe that is easy to pack for a lunch on the go.

    This is another great one.

Otherwise, I bring almond butter and vegan bread, and trail mix to tied me over when I need a quick snack. Being vegan means being organized all the time....lol. Otherwise I don't have many options when I leave the house.
