Ketogenic success - tell me your story

I'm 45. 6-2 and now 272 down from 289 in just 7 weeks of keto. It is easy to track and stick to. No cravings. Very little hunger and some other benefits too. I suffer from general anxiety and eating this way has helped that more than any medication has. I want to know if others have experienced this as well.

Hi, Look like a great result so far. I just started my keto 2 weeks ago. May I know your diet plan. Eg. What is the optimum percentage of carb, fat, and protein for your ketogenic diet?0
