So I started running again at the gym and it's kind of addicting. I just wanted to share my personal best so far. I started out at 280 lbs and I am down to 255, I still want to drop 50 lbs but I am keeping my head up! [img][/img]gym.jpg[\img]

    Thanks! I've worked my way up from a single mile, i plan on slowly increasing it up to 3 miles then 4. I feel it this morning for sure

    awesome run.

    just make sure you don't go too fast. Keep the pace down and run for longer
