What Are Some Very Low Cal Protein Sources?

I need to get more protein to build muscle, but I cut calories as much as possible to stay under my calorie goal. (Healthily, not like starvation.) Are there any low calorie high protein sources I can have to keep my muscles strong?
Any suggestions appreciated!

First, there's no need to stay under your calorie goal. Your goal already has a deficit built into it and there is no need to exceed it.
Somelow-calorie portein sources:
Chicken breast
low-fat or fat free dairy products
eggs
protein powder
lean meats

You only need .8 grams of protein per kilogram of your body weight (Divide your weight in pounds by 2.2 to get kilograms). Your body flushed out excess which can be tough on your kidneys.0

Fage 0% Greek yogurt - 100 calories for a 170g pot and 18g protein. If you mix in a scoop of protein powder too (around 120 cals), this can be a very high protein snack - I do this for some days when I want to do a low carb but extremely filling breakfast.0

TURKEY! Turkey has the highest protein to calorie ratio! And it is delish!!
I buy the marinated Jennie-O tenderloins from Sam's Club and just them into long strips... make shish-kabobs and grill them! MMMM! Also try cutting some zucchini spears and throwing those on the grill too! Grilled Asparagus? What a healthy and Delicious dinner!

The best combination for me I've found are a 1/2 cup liquid egg white and a cut up Ball Park White Turkey Hot Dog. It's nuked for 2 minutes. Works out to 95 calories. Keeps the hunger at bay for 3+ hours, until approaching lunch, then a protein shake (powder + Almondmilk (unsweetened), that's about 170 calories. Then the remainder of the day, a couple of handfuls of soy nuts (Edamame - dry) and maybe a piece of fruit and sometimes half of a power bar for some carbs for hitting the gym later.0
