Hello,
I just had the RYN procedure the 8th of March. I have lost 50 pounds and am stalled for about three weeks. I get about 60-70 grams of protein in a day. I am looking forward to inputting my food intake to see if I am getting enough. I can't eat like most so 1200 calories a day seems to be too much is what the site suggested for me. If anyone knows of any protein ideas please feel free to send the recipes to me as that is all I am allowedto consume. Thank You!
Melissa

Hi! I don't really have any recipes for you, but I like EASAdvantage CarbControl Shakes and Syntrax "Nectar, Nectar Sweets, and Lattes". Two good places to get EAS is Walmart and Sam's. I buy the Syntrax flavors from the internet on eBay and Lucky Vitamin.

I have a RNY revision with an added Lapband. This site has really helped me stay on top of my protein and caloric intake. I went under settings and changed the amounts that the site said I needed since my doctor won't let me have as many calories as recommended. You'll have to do some adjusting to the protein, carbs, and fats. My carb and fat limits are off but since protein is so important I have it where it needs to be so that I'm sure I am getting enough.

Good luck with your surgery...you'll be slim-n-trim and feeling better before you know it!:flowerforyou:

Shakeology is a really great protein shake! Another great way is greek yogurt, it has more protein than regular yogurts. If you're interested about the Shakeology let me know and I can send you a link about it.
