So curious those who eat chicken as a prime daily protein source, how many grams do you typically consume? Is 150-200g/day quite a bit? That's currently what I'm aiming for.
Thanks
I'd say the average chicken breast is around 8 ounces...so at 200g you would be eating less than one whole average chicken breast...
Depends where you live and what chicken you're buying. I rarely get a breast of 200g, usually smaller, as small as 130g. I guess our chickens in the UK don't bench as much........
I've seen individual breasts that weight as much a 500g each. I don't know wtf they are feeding those chickens, but I need to get my hands on it for squats. Might actually get my legs to bump up a notch.
Pretty sure it's antibiotics and breeding.0 -

Yeah in Canada it's probably around that. I keep it simple. Just unpack the entire pack of breaststroke into a dish and bake in oven with some no salt seasoning. Have no problem just munching on those.0 -
One chicken breast here weighs about 250g so I split it into two serves. I would usually only eat 100 -120g per serve, twice a week.0
