Crunches and logging in?

Say Im gonna do 150(+) crunches how should I log it in on my exercise?

    Do I put it under light or heavy/vigours effort?
    and what do I put in for mins.? however long it takes me to do them?

    Depends on how hard you feel you're working. If it is all you can do to finish them or you are going at max speed or something like that, then I'd put heavy/vigorous effort. If you don't feel like you are struggling with them, though, I'd put light. And yes, the time is just however long it takes you to do them.
