    This week will be tough. At conference three days and have to eat out tonight. Focus, focus, focus.

    Only trying for a pound a week. Goal is down 2 pounds at this point; but I am at 4 down. I guess I am building up some wiggle room.

    So far, so good. Lot of it is water weight, but I'm definitely sticking to the program - which is similar to the Whole30 program. I did that program a few time and while it works, it's difficult to maintain compliance. So, we've developed a Whole30 lite program which is doable with our busy lifestyle (kids, work, sports, dogs, etc.).
