Do you include fiber when calculating total calories?

I do. With all the fiber supplements out there, a lot of them are not natural (from fruit/veg). It doesn't make sense to me to subtract.0

fiber still has calories, just not at the typical 4 cal/gram carbohydrates. Just log everything that you eat and don't worry about what to and what not to include - if you log it, you don't have to think about it.0

Yes. My understanding is that the calorie count for an item already excludes the parts of the food that our bodies can't digest. So if some fiber is passing through your body, that's already accounted for.0
