Does anyone have any input on the One A Day Maximum Formula vitamin? I started taking it again recently to increase my nutrition, but I was slightly concerned over the amount of Iron contained in the product. I am assuming that this is what cause some nausea when it is taken in with little or no food.

I am curious on any thoughts from anyone who is into nutrition, or has had experience with this multivitamin.

Here is a listing of it's vitamins/minerals:

I'm not sure about this vitamin, but I was on prescription iron pills for a while and I HAD to take them with food or I was very nauseated.

Try Nature's Way - Whole Food Energizer Multi-Vitamin. You can get it with and without Iron. I take them without issue and have only heard good things.
  • Sounds good, thanks for the recommendation!
