I want to get in shape.

Hi everyone! I've been using the Android App for over a year (not consistently), I especially like the barcode feature, but now I find myself almost 10 lbs heavier then I would like. I'm staying at home for the summer with my wife and now 9month old baby, so I find it hard to find time to exercise.
I've always been known as the skinny guy, and I work a desk job with a lot of computer work so I wasn't very active. However, I did 7 years of intense martial arts training and I am now a runner and occasionally a running instructor. I have taught 5K and 10K clinics and now I'm getting back into running and just starting off with 5Ks for a while. Now baby is big enough to sit in the running stroller! Hopefully when the heat wave breaks (or in the evenings) my wife and I can start running together.

So here is to trying to lose the last 10 lbs and keep it off!
