It's been a little over one month and the most l've seen is three to four pounds off. I am staying under 1200 calories and workout 5 to 6 times a week for about 30 to 45 min. What am I doing wrong!?!? Very discouraged.

I really don't know. I would say eat at least the 1200 cals and keep doing what your doing. You will see success with your life style change.
Maybe your jeans fit a little looser? Great luck!! You got this.

slow and steady is the way to win the race - those who do a less aggressive goal appear to have better results

are you eating back exercise calories?

I always say, ease into losing weight. It's a gradual process. Sometimes doing too much too fast the results are slow. It takes time too.

I was in the same as you before I first began my journey. I was eating very healthy and working out alot and only loosing 1-2 pounds a month. I started researching and read up about possibilities of yeast in my gut wich can make it difficult to loose so I did a Candida cleanse (using pills from wholefoods) added MCT oil to my diet twice a day and switched to a low carb sugar free ketogenic diet. I feel so much better and finally the numbers are trending downward.

A pound a week is great. How tall are you and how much are you looking to lose? In 52 weeks you'll have lost around 50#. Not bad!

I use this app. It has me at 1690. I seen the best results when staying with in my calories and doing cardio at least 5 days a week.

Counting macros is more helpful than calories I think (carb/protein/fat)
