Hi, I'm a 37 year old single mom. I'm obsessed with exercise. My problem is the food. I'll finally get my body to a place where I feel happy in my own skin, and then I have a pint of Ben and Jerry's. So I bulked up over the winter.

Welcome to MFP, glad to see you joining the community! Yeah a person’s diet is going to be one of the hardest things to change. It is easy to go to the gym, but tough to stick to a healthy food plan. My recommendation would be food prepping and/or trying to curb your cravings. I have a massive sweet tooth, but I do not let that craving break me. I found drinking lots of water helps a lot. However, I am not going to tell you to just stop eating junk food all together; it is a tough habit to break. Do not shop for groceries when you are hungry because you will find yourself buying a lot more junk, and if you do not buy junk food, you will not find yourself eating as much. I wish you the best of luck, and just remember why you started and stick to your goals.0
