Back on this lifestyle change after two years of eating awfully. I lost over 60+ pounds the first time I joined mfp and then my life spiraled. I went to college (culinary school to be exact, where tasting multiple different fatty foods is necessary), I met my boyfriend, and moved to a town where I was only blocks away from multiple different fast food places. I didn't cook at home, the dollar menu and ramen noodles have been my best friends. I went grocery shopping yesterday morning with the intention of getting the basic foods I'd been living off of, chips, pop, pop tarts, etc and I found myself staring at the vegetables reminiscing about what I used to be before I gained all my weight back. I bought only healthy food items and cleaned out my kitchen. I'm back and staying here! Looking for people who will motivate me to stay on track, comment on what I did well that day, scold me for my occasional poor choices, etc. feel free to add me! Thank you!
