How do you distrubute your daily calorie allowance?

Do you divide your daily calorie allowance by three? Is your breakfast bigger than lunch or dinner? Is dinner your biggest meal?
I'm allocated 1,400 calories per day and I've decided to eat approximately 465 for b'fast and dinner, 310 for lunch and one snack of about 155 calories. I'm starving in the AM and have an issue with late night snacking, which is why I made b'fast and dinner my largest meals.
What's your strategy around this?

I have a protein shake early in the afternoon and consume the rest of my calories in a meal within four hours. I'm also doing IF with a 19/5 or 20/4 split.0

I use an 16:8 IF schedule. So my breakdown is by time, not meals.0

I eat 1600-1900 calories depending on my workouts. Lately I haven't started eating until around noon, except for coffee & creamer. So I'll have about 400-500 calorie lunch, 200 calorie snack in the afternoon, about 600 for dinner and if I have dessert or more snacks, another 300-500 calories. Approximately. So I eat most of my calories later in the day.0

I like to get in about half my calories right away in the morning- I feel like it sets me up for my workouts, and helps my energy level through the day.
Through the rest of the day I eat 2-4 small meals and snacks like salad, popcorn with nutritional yeast, chia pudding, an ounce of almonds.
I don't log my dinner (I have young children and dinner is such a whirlwind around here) so I try not to eat any of my exercise calories back- but if I'm really hungry and I've hit my limit for the day I will eat something else.
With dinner I generally eat as many veggies as I want, and a reasonable portion for whatever our main dish is.

I eat 1500c and my meals get larger throughout the day lol. I'm a huge fan of large dinners so dinner is 700c, lunch is 500c, and snacks throughout the day is 300c. I have coffee in the morning and usually don't eat anything else until well into noon. If I'm starving then breakfast will be 300c and no snacking. If you're someone who needs food fuel in the morning then skipping breakfast isn't a good idea. It's whatever works for you within your calorie goals0

I fast until 1, have a protein bar and then come dinner and the evening I eat the bulk of my calories. I'm a raccoon; I like to rummage in the evenings.2

I'm a breakfast person so I eat most of my calories in the early morning - mid afternoon.0
