So I am in my "acute" phase as it is called by Medi Weight Loss. I have been off carbs and caffeine for 6 DAYS!!! What I have been missing is VEGETABLES, can you believe it. Not missing the soda or the sweet tea, just vegetables.......
BUT, BIG BUT here this morning.....Skinny Cow - all I keep thinking about is Skinny cow ice cream bars! Not about eating them, but if I can eat them and how many calories, how many carbs, is there any fiber......and wondering WHEN can I eat a Skinny Cow bar!
Damn that skinny cow on the package!!!! Damn you I say!!!!

I don't rate Skinny cow - for me top treats are as follows:
2 finger kit kat : 107 cals
Fruit factory dried raisins & (one of many dried fruits) - 45 cals
Mini Twister ice lolly - 50 cals
Weight watchers layered Fromage Frais - 50 cals
1/4 tub of Ben & Jerrys Frozen Yoghurt 220 cals (that's a very special treat!!!) requires a lot of will power to only eat 100g.0 -
My hubby and I are both addicted to Skinny Cow ice cream treats. We each have one every evening after dinner and our 30DS workout. I scan the sale papers as soon as they come to see if they are on sale, then rush out and stock up. (They are pretty expensive, but so worth it!!)0

Before yesterday I had only heard of skinny cow, never paid attention and didt actually know what it was. Then I discovered chocolate ice cream bars, 90cals good, possible addiction not good0

I haven't had a skinny cow icecream bar is soooo long! Might have to stop on my way home from work and pick some up. Thankfully, I only live with my lactose intolerant husband so I don't need the -DO NOT TOUCH- sign on them. When I buy them, they are alllll miiiiiine!!! :P0
