Had a serious slide in weight over Xmas and new year, but back on it and motivated. Looking for meal ideas to take to work

    Me too. I quit logging and did OK for a year, then the next year I totally lost it and gained all the weight back. So here I am again. I feel really motivated and ready now. The first week has gone well. Let's all stay motivated and do this!

    I just started back a week ago. What type of foods do you like? I would eat whatever you like but make sure it fits in to your plan for the day and weigh/measure everything.
