do not play with the visualize you applications to try to see when you will look good at a weight. So depressing. I really need to loose 30 pounds and not 20 to look decent.

Maybe it would be more depressing to get to 20 and only then realize it would take 30? *hugs* You'll get there.0

Do you follow any exercise programme that includes resistance work, body weight training, or weight lifting?
Losing weight without exercise, though totally acceptable, more often than not will give the same body composition you have now only smaller.
If you include exercise, especially of a type mentioned above, it will help reshape your body. This, especially if you follow a weight lifting routine, could mean you achieve the look you want with less weight loss.
Aim for your original 20, include a good workout routine and reassess when you reach your original goal.
Those body image sites are not accurate. Work towards a healthy weight that works for you and your lifestyle.

I work out 4 to 5 times a week and have for the last 16 years and teach a yoga class once a week. I just got too comfy eating over 2200 calories a day and often 3000. I got in the habit of eating all the snacks in the hospital breakrooms and then eating three squares and a large snack too1

You got me curious, I downloaded the app. Set my current and goal weight and I don't look any different, it just made my picture a bit narrower. Letdown.0
