Yeast free, sugar free, mold free diet!! Yikes help!
My Father in law was just diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis. The doctors say that he is allergic to a type of mold that's everywhere. I'm trying to find recipes that don't have yeast, sugar or mold "feeding" ingredients. If there is an incredibly knowledgeable person out here who could help guide us in this, that would be AWESOME!!
