:smile: Hi, everyone! I'm seeing a lot of these quotes, banners, Starting Weight , Starting MFP Weight , Current Weight, Goal Weight, etc. at the end of most your responses and I wanna know how to add those as well. Thanks in advance!!!

    If you look towards the top of the screen under the heading message boards, you will see "signature" right next to the my topics section and the search function. If you click on that you can edit your signature in there.

    If you dont already know, the search function allows you to serach all of the topics posted for a certain subject. The my topics is for you to keep track of all of the thread you have replied to.

    for the ticker, I went to tools, Weight Loss Tickers, pick the one I liked, then copied/pasted the BBcode For forum signatures & message boards
