Still out with a bad back

6 days now and still struggling.
Ibuprofen, heat packs, baths, tiger balm, stretches, light walks.......

Gonna really have to watch my food this week if I want to lose any pounds.....

Really good stretch is to lie down along corner one leg down side of wall and one leg up on wall stretch then move closer stretch for minutes. Works hamstring muscle help me when I used to have to walk like Igor.

After avoiding smith machines like a plague for years I decided to do some supporting work on the horizontal row to support my barbell rows. Stupid me I didn't pay any attention to what I was doing, had all my weight on the chest pad and cracked a rib in the process. Have to take it wasy for a week or two to heal up. Won't make that mistake again!
