Hi everyone!

Just joined yesterday and hoping for motivational people that have 60 lbs or so to lose! Any tips to feel fuller with lower calorie intake, healthy recipes, anything really:):)

    I have to lose 50 - you're more than welcome to add me, as well. I started making huge salads (not very exciting I know), but I find I feel really full (and it takes me quite awhile to eat a big salad) on very few calories - just make sure most of the salad is lettuce, and you're not just adding more cheese, etc.

    I have about 60 left... I'm almost 20lbs in. Feel free to friend me...I would love to have some more friends with similar goals! I can send you a few recipes that I've tried, and I'll tell you my newest food I'm obsessing over...Quinoa Salad! There are so many different ways you can take Quinoa Salad and it's very filling! Check out Pinterest for ideas!

    I've lost 20 and have 50 more to lose. I'm a mom of two little boys and a teacher. I'm also looking for friends to help each other stay motivated.

    Count me in. At least 80 to lose. And just damaged my knee and ankle so can't even work out. ;(
    Any advice on how to lose with minimal ability to do cardio?
    Also, would like to start a thread on the latter but don't know how!

    That's me too - I've got about 75 to go. Anyone who wants to can add me. I've discovered that protein's great for feeling full, and small plates can work wonders as well.

    As for exercise for those of us that have injuries, Sit and Be Fit is pretty good, and you can always search for seated workouts online, as well.
