How much water does everyone drink on a daily basis? I'm on 2litres. Should you drink more to lose more weight?

    I drink until my pee is pale yellow.

    I drink a gallon a day but I've always been a big water drinker. That's doesn't include tea or coffee. Drinking this much water really helps my skin and body stay hydrated and feeling good but has nothing to do with weight loss.

    I was drinking 64 oz/day. Now I don't bother tracking it. Same as Chef_Barbell.

    I drink lots of tea, some milk, and a couple glasses of water. I also get some water through my food. I am well hydrated and have nice skin also.

    I drink 2-3 Litres everyday, plus tea and coffee. It's summer here now so drinking that amount of water is easy. In winter i struggle to finish a 1.5L bottle.

    I'm on 2 litres as well.

    You don't lose weight by drinking water.

    I drink half my body weight in ounces of water per day... Been working great thus far.. This doesn't include coffe tea or beer.. Just water..
