The one thing I have always wanted was to go to Culinary School and be a Chef.
Life didn't allow for it, but, I am 2 1/2 years from retirement and my wife and I are going to relocate to Las Vegas where I can enroll in Culinary school. I may never work as a Chef, but I still want to go through the school6 -
To go back in time and make some better decisions. I realize this is not justifiable, I still wish for it.3
