I've been off and on here many times with little to no success. I am where I have been for years I need to lose at least 100 pounds as a starting point. I am 44, 2 teenagers, husband who has severe back issues and doesn't work - I own my business but I can't seem to get control of my addiction to food. I weight 247 and am only 5'2....not good. Exercise is not the problem - I currently do Jillian Micheals workout 5 days a week at home and then I got to the ymca and do cardio class 3x a week- will be adding in some evening walks/movement and maybe weights next week....its food. I eat when I'm happy and I eat when I'm stressed. This has caused a lot of problems in my marriage. I need to get this figured out - help please. It's truly the only part of my life I'm not happy with - and that is sad - but I can't stop eating! UGH! I need to stay away from sugar and eat low carb/high protein - but I seriously can't get thru one day....sorry for being so pathetic but I really need to do this. thank you for listening.

You're not alone! We all have struggles. I gained back weight after losing, it's a horrible feeling. In addition to what you're already doing for exercise, try to count calories and stay within your daily amount required to lose weight. When we deprive ourself of the foods we like to be on a diet, we tend to not be able to do it for long and give up. You can do it :)
