I am 21 yrs. Old. 174.2 lbs and trying to get down to 130 by july or august. Looking for someone to chat with with similar goals. Im eating meal replacement shakes for 2 meals and a dinner under 500cal. Staying under 1000cal a day. Ive been running 30min and working with a kettlebell 30min daily.
