Every year for the last three years, I have taken multiple pies in the face to raise money for student trips to Boston on National Pi Day. Sadly, this year I will have to resort to wearing my "I'm pi-lingual" tee as the teacher who set up the fundraiser has left the building...no pie, but plenty of pi. On a brighter note, I need not wash my hair nine times trying to get out the whip cream, or bring home my lab googles to put in the dish washer. Nor do I need to sit on my hands so I don't punch a kid in the face for throwing nine pies in a row at me because "you're my favorite Miss!!!!! (translate loosely to "I know you won't fail me for this...."). Heavy sigh...
