Suitable exercises for obese people

Hi guys,

may I know what are the suitable exercises for an obese person who is a new beginner in exercising?

    walking and swimming

    Low impact so as described above. You can also lift weights.

    I did anything that looked like fun. I just modified to low impact. No jumping up and down.

    Core exercises are great for what will be coming next and to avoid injury.

    In essence, start where you are and slowly build up to greater endurance and strength. I find fitness goals to be much more satisfying as it only takes the body a few weeks to adapt to new demands.

    Whereas with dieting it never seems to get easier.

    https://www.fitnessblender.com/ lets you choose "low impact" as an option. Some of the videos are pretty tough - to start, you might want to check 1 or 2 for difficulty.

    Fast walking for about 1 hour a day.Try 30mins in the morning on an empty stomach and 30 before going to sleep.

    I did a walk+jog program. Granted, this would depend on how big you really are - but power-walking with 15 seconds of jogging here and there helps. Once you build up strength, you can increase the time spent jogging and decrease time spent walking.
