Sync app to PC?

I entered some food & exercise on the app but when I log in on the PC it does not show up. My profile pic is there... I know it is the same account. Is there a trick to get them to sync?

  I am not sure, but it happens to me once in a while. When it happens, it always catches up with my Iphone entries and shows up on my PC.

  That only happens to me if my phone happened to disconnect from the internet when I entered something into my diary.
