Weighing Frozen foods. Plz help!

Stupid question. Im sure I'm over thinking it... but. I have frozen cheese tortellini. The serving size is 1 cup 127g... is this frozen or cooked. Obviously the pasta is heavier after cooking. Same with these "skillet meals" it will say "2 cups (206g) frozen, 1 cup cooked"
I'm assuming that I will weigh our 206g before I cook it ... correct?

I would assume food - but also check your info - this is the serving label from the company

I think you meant frozen! Thanks. That label is totally different than mine but SO much more helpful. Thanks!
What makes it difficult is I have to cook my food separately from everyone else's even though we are eating the same thing bc it has to be weighed BEFORE cooking. Oh well. Thanks again

you don't have to cook separately - weight out before; weigh after and calculate how the weight changed; then figure out your ratio
i.e. you want to eat 1serving which is 140g frozen; but you cook 600g total (so your portion is 140/600 = 23.33% of the total cooked weight)
After cooking you discover that the total weight is 1000g - so your portion would be 23.33% of 1000 = 233.3g2 -
When I cook for more than one I just note how many servings. If there are 3 servings I then just take 1/3 of the final product and there you go, you have one serving.3
