Hi, does anyone have any advice for how to lose stomach fat. I am three months postpartum with twins. I love my boys but unfortunately it left me with a flab of loose skin in my midsection. I'm what you would call skinny fat. Thank you in advance!

Patience. At this point your skin has not had time to recover. Even a woman who is back to prepregnancy weight is going to need to be patient. If you are cleared to exercise you can do that to work on body composition but be patient with your skin.

Calorie deficit. You can't spot reduce/selectively target where fat comes off your body. Unfortunately, for many people the midsection is the first place it goes on and the last place it comes off.

That totally makes sense as I weighed eight pounds less than I did pre pregnancy weight at my six week check up. Anyways I get it. It will take time. Thanks!

9 months on, 9 months off! Congratulations on your twins. You've enough going on to be worrying about your weight at the moment. Eat plenty, eat healthily and take lots of walks with your babies. When they are 9 months old take stock and start working on any excess weight then if you need to.
