I am new to this site as well, a friend of mine got me on and i am so excited to see this kind of tool out there for people like me who have a busy lifestyle and not quite the funds to do costly weight loss programs. Really Im just wanting any advice out there I am utilizing all this site has to offer it's quite amazing and im ready to start my journey head on!! Thanks

    Good luck and welcome!

    It is brilliant isn't it, I joined a month or so ago and have lost about 10lb and feel so much better already. Do some exercise everyday and keep within your calorie allowance (but eat well and balanced) and you will make excellent and quick progress.

    Welcome to the program, I am new to the forum but I have been on a low cal regimen for awhile. I am use to going on quick diets with fast results and my blood pressure spiked out of this world, so I decided no more diets, healthy eating and more excercise. I am doing well and I look better. Good luck and much success.
