Not weighing myself for better moral

I wish not to become overly obsessive over weight and loss, so I don't weigh myself each day. Recently, I've become preocupied with numbers and calorie control and obsess if I gain a little more so I'm not gonna do that and try and enjoy my life and not think about it. Don't get me wrong, I still restrict my calorie intake and try to hit that macro goal and eat clean (as much as possible) only I don't find myself thinking over food at all this way and is more relaxing. What do you guys think?

I'm trying to stay off the scale. I get discourage easily when I have a slight gain. So I'm going to start weighing myself once a month and see if that helps. I'm going to enjoy the non scale victories in the meantime.1

Whatever you need to do to be relaxed about the process is the best thing to do.0

I would suggest if you are tempted by the scale, dont keep it out in the bathroom (or wherever you use it) I have my boyfriend hide it. I just weigh once a month or so, not worth stressing about day to day ups and downs, if youre in the habit of eating well you will be fine0

Good idea. Make pay day the weigh in day, that way it's still a good day no matter what.2

I'm doing the same! Feels so disappointing when the scale doesn't move. Ppl say muscle weighs more than fat and all that good stuff but it still sucks to see. If it works for you then do it!0
