    This is a very interesting and relevant topic. Fitness minded folks have always dumped snacks into the garbage and then got tempted to pull a chip or pretzel out, as long as it still in the packet and eat some. I know I have dumped an entire bag of chips out of guilt and then pulled a couple clean ones to chew hours later.

    Dude, seriously, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who thinks most if this dudes' thread topics are ridiculous. So how about pontificate this *insert universal hand gesture* ;)
