Motivation Buddies?

Hey everyone! I've been struggling to keep motivated and stay active lately just because I'm lazy but live a super busy life. One way I know I've been able to keep going before is when I have someone to talk with and message about how the day is going as far as food and exercise and everything is going. So!     Ive been doing this for almost
    Two months now. Preparing for the police academy that I start in April. Exercising again and eating better has helped me! You can do it, just stick with it.

    I recently started this weight loss journey again. The 1st time I lost around 30 lbs and then got pregnant with my 4th child. I was careful during my pregnancy. I stopped counting calories, but I was still trying to eat healthier food. After I had her though, I let myself go. She's 2 now, and I think it's time to get serious about losing weight again. With a family of 6 and a full time desk job, I find it hard to stay on track sometimes. Motivational buddies would be great to have. Feel free to add me! :smile:

    I restarted last Saturday and motivation buddies are key. I lost almost 40lbs last time with MFP and found out I was pregnant with my second and last baby. She turned 1 on the second and stopped nursing so now it's time to refocus on getting healthy for me and my family. Feel free to add me!
