Hi! I'm back after a several year break. I've had two more babies and gained way more than I care to admit. My long term goal is to lose 50lbs, I'm a slow and steady type. No trend or fad diet here - focusing on eating whole foods as much as possible and tracking everything I put in my mouth. Also, plan to exercise 3-5 times per week. Add me!
