I just finished a total body reset and have finally been cleared to workout and eat whatever I would like. I want to keep the 30lbs that I have lost from this diet off, but need to start working out. My need for advice come from not knowing what to do. What workout routine should I start? How much food/ what type of foods do I eat throughout the day and when? Please, any advice I would so appreciate!

What the heck is a "total body reset", and where do I get one?
I want to be able to eat Nachos & Cheese every day again.

The OP said they lost 30 pounds from it. If it was just 3 days, it must have involved cutting off a body part.

    From the website:
By eating a low-calorie plant-based diet made up mostly of smoothies over the course of 15 days, you can train your body to use energy more efficiently and burn calories faster, even while you're asleep.

You'll also efficiently rid yourself of friends because you'll be unbearably hangry!

a high protein low carb diet will be beneficial if you normally get quite hungry often wanting to snack. This is because it keeps your insulin levels reduces which mean you will feel less hungry naturally because of your hormones and thus less likely to snack and overeat which will ensure those 30 pounds stay off !! @JamieO125

Wonder why the OP picked the diet the ranked 32nd out of the 38 diets reviewed?

Best workout you can get is this, guaranteed. Use MFP to calculate your maintenance caloric intake and put the fork down when you reach that number. Weight and adjust intake accordingly over the next several weeks. Absolutely guaranteed to work.
