I have been using my fitness pal for8 months. I was on it for about a year before that and stopped for a while. I had an IUD put in and it messed up my Metabolism was on a plateau for about 7 months. I'm finally starting to lose again and that has increase my motivation. however, I have no friends on here and I feel it's time for that. I weigh approximately 267 pounds right now. I am 45 and I live in Oregon. I am looking for friends that are positive and caring. last time I had a bunch of friends and most of them stopped using my fitness pal after being on for a week. I would like friends with long-time goals with my fitness pal. well, that's all I have to say. May Joy be in your heart.

Hey! I'm 22, so far lost 13/71 pounds towards my goal of 199. After that I'm not sure what my goal weight will be but I'm expecting a ~100lbs loss overall I hope.
My partner is vegan so I post a lot of our vegan recipes, my diary is open and I'd love to have supportive people as well. Feel free to add me2 -

I went to the doctor and I got on the scale it said I was 375 Pounds. At that appointment I had some blood drawn for glucose test and it turns out that I was diabetic. I decided I had to change my life right then there and I decided right there to change my life period I had to. I was killing myself with food. Pure determination to live.1
